Schedules reflect working days starting from dispatch. Rural or outlying postcodes may require 1-2 additional days.
- We ship free to United Kingdom on purchases exceeding £60. Delivery costs £3.95 on all other orders.
- Parcels arrive in 1-2 business days following handover to the courier.
- Submit your order before 11:30 on a work day and we pack and ship it that day.
- We accept returns within 30 days of receipt if the item remains unopened, unused, and in its retail box.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
Order processing
Transactions finalized prior to 11:30 on a working day leave our facility that day. Submissions after this cut-off, on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays depart the next business day. An automated email with your order reference follows purchase completion.
Items are enclosed in tamper-evident safety seals, placed inside shock-absorbent corrugated packaging, and wrapped with opaque, unbranded protective materials to prevent physical damage, temperature fluctuations, and disclosure of package contents during transit.
Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your carrier tracking number is generated and transmitted via email or SMS, allowing real-time tracking through the postal carrier system.
Lost or delayed parcel
If the carrier tracking stays inactive for 5 business days, send your order reference to [email protected]. We file an investigation with the parcel service. We then ship a replacement parcel or return all your funds, based on your instruction, within 10 business days of your report.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect the delivery upon receipt. If physical damage to the shipping container or internal seals is observed, photograph the exterior carton and damaged goods immediately, refuse acceptance if possible, and contact [email protected] within 48 hours to arrange a complimentary replacement.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Our staff never requests account credentials or card numbers via telephone or email.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
We deliver to designated countries. Delivery rates and transit times for your region appear in the order summary before checkout. Any local import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
