You may return items from Aura & Form within 30 days of parcel receipt, without stating a reason. This guide sets out packaging requirements, dispatch instructions, postage responsibility, and refund schedules.
Conditions
Returns are accepted within exactly 30 days from delivery. To qualify, personal care products, massage formulations, and sensory wellness articles must remain unopened, entirely unused, and in their pristine original packaging with all tamper-evident security seals, hygiene sleeves, and labels fully intact.
Return procedure
- Contact support at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order reference number and reason for return.
- Receive an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference alongside specific United Kingdom return facility address details.
- Package the unopened products securely in protective outer cardboard with all factory hygiene seals unbroken.
- Obtain your refund via your original bank account within 3-10 business days following technical warehouse inspection and approval.
Who pays return shipping
When a piece arrives damaged, defective, or mispacked, we cover transit. We provide a prepaid shipping voucher or book a courier pickup. If you return an item by choice, you cover return postage. We take no restocking fees.
Refund timing and method
We process your refund within 3 business days after product inspection. Deliveries paid on arrival are refunded by direct bank transfer to your provided account details. Prior bank wire payments return to the source account. Financial institutions typically post funds within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
To select an alternative size, model, or item, complete the return steps and place a fresh order online. We refund your original piece upon arrival at our facility. If an exchange resolves our packing error, the replacement shipment carries zero shipping charge.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel a purchase without charge prior to warehouse dispatch. Send your order reference to [email protected]. Once a parcel leaves the warehouse, standard return terms take effect.
