Topical body care cosmetics, wellness massage oils, sensory accessories, and non-medicinal lifestyle wellbeing articles intended solely for external intimate comfort and personal relaxation. Individual catalog entries specify component parts, volume, and material composition. Product images serve visual reference; secondary exterior packaging may vary slightly.

A purchase order is logged upon checkout completion. We send a receipt notice by email; the commercial contract takes effect once items leave for delivery. We reserve the right to decline orders due to depleted inventory or unverified customer data, issuing a full refund whenever this happens.

Product prices are quoted in GBP and include statutory VAT where applicable. Freight fees appear in the purchase breakdown prior to payment. Supported options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct the figure before shipping and ask you to reconfirm or cancel the item.

We photograph the exact silicone items and bottles we stock. Display settings, room lighting and monitor profiles alter color rendering. Slight tone variations do not constitute a defect or justify complimentary returns. Physical dimensions, base materials and pack volumes appear on every product listing.

We cover the parcel until the courier delivers it to you or your designated recipient at your address. At that point, risk of loss or breakage transfers to you. Note any exterior transit damage on the courier slip and notify us within 48 hours.

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our return terms. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all articles supplied by Aura & Form Ltd. must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their stated general wellness purpose, and as described. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect discovered within 30 days of arrival, consumers are entitled to a full replacement or refund upon inspection.

• Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
• Consumable wellness items subject to rapid deterioration or expiry.
• Sealed personal care cosmetics, sensory items, or hygiene goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons under Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Items that have become inseparably mixed with other commodities after physical receipt.
• Audio, visual, or digital media content supplied on physical medium if unsealed by the buyer.

To the extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Aura & Form Ltd. for any claim arising from order fulfillment shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the relevant order or £100, whichever is lesser. These conditions do not exclude or restrict legal liabilities that statutory consumer law protects.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If direct communication does not resolve a disagreement, the court at our registered address handles the claim, without affecting statutory consumer rights in your home country.
